In 2025, we will focus on analyzing campaigns and results in Spain to prepare for strategic growth in 2026. Our targets for key sectors are:
Targeting 840 communities (0.1% of Spain’s 840,000 communities).
Targeting 3,750 residences (0.015% of Spain’s 25 million residences).
Targeting 1,020 businesses (0.03% of Spain’s 3.4 million businesses).

How Crowdfunding Works
1. SECURE FUND MANAGEMENT Baintex will establish a dedicated bank account to deposit funds for interest payments, ensuring all payments are made on time and as agreed.
2. MINIMUM INVESTMENT PERIOD
The minimum investment period is 18 months, designed to generate the expected returns for both investors and the company.
3. REGULAR INTEREST PAYMENTS
Interest is accrued and distributed every 6 months, delivering the promised returns on schedule.
4. INVESTMENT CONVERSION OPTIONS
At the end of the term, investors can withdraw their funds or convert them into company shares, based on the company’s estimated value at that time.
5. OWNERSHIP LIMITS
No single investor will be allowed to hold more than 5% of the company’s total shares.
6. DIVERSE SHAREHOLDER COMMITMENT
Investors interested in acquiring an additional 5% can apply for a case-by-case evaluation. However, Baintex prioritizes a diverse and balanced shareholder base.
Invest in the future of access and smart security with Baintex
Business Partners Section:
- For the first 15 days, Business Partners will have exclusive access to invest. After this period, the option will be removed from the platform.
- Vacation rental clients who invest more than €10,000 will benefit from price freezes for the next 3 years.
General Investment Terms:
- Early investors will have the right to acquire shares issued by the company.
- Upon investing, you will receive a unique investor number and access to real-time information on the total amount invested by all investors.
- If the investment target is reached before the deadline, the offer will close early.
- Investors can track quarterly results and decide whether to convert their investment into company shares in December 2025.
- Shares of a tech company typically go to market at 10–20 times EBITDA. Baintex values its shares at 8 times EBITDA for the 2025 fiscal year, offering significant growth potential.
- No single investor may hold more than 4.9% of the company, and total shares issued will not exceed 15% of the company.
